PrecisionMed supplied high-quality human biospecimens to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, and government research organizations. Following a rebrand, the company brought us in for an initial business-card project; that assignment developed into a three-year engagement from 2022–2024, supporting marketing, sales, events, digital communications, and customer-facing materials.

Challenge

PrecisionMed had a new brand foundation, but its marketing materials were still being created internally and lacked a consistent visual and information system. At the same time, highly technical offerings—from neuroscience and oncology collections to Leukopaks and longitudinal biospecimens—required dense scientific information, data, and product benefits to be organized into communications that prospective customers could understand quickly.

Approach

We used PrecisionMed’s website and brand guidelines as the foundation, then expanded them into a flexible communication system built around clarity, consistency, and speed. Working from rough content, we established logical information flow and visual hierarchy, developed charts and tables, sourced imagery, and explored creative directions—refining the system over time using feedback PrecisionMed gathered from its customers.

Solution

We developed a recognizable family of sales and marketing communications spanning sell sheets, brochures, whitepapers, lead magnets, LinkedIn templates and event graphics, postcards, posters, business cards, customer notebooks, thank-you cards, packaging elements, stickers, and office wall graphics. Reusable layouts accelerated recurring materials, data merge streamlined business-card production for approximately 20 employees, and complex scientific content was translated into structured diagrams, charts, tables, and long-form publications that made technical propositions easier to navigate.

Impact

What began as a single business-card assignment grew into a three-year relationship, with Banedsgn becoming an extension of PrecisionMed’s marketing team. Reusable templates, established design systems, and a streamlined workflow reduced production time and helped get materials for new offerings to market sooner, while allowing the Marketing Director to hand off projects with limited oversight and focus on campaigns. PrecisionMed doubled revenue over two years and was acquired in 2023. The relationship continued after the acquisition with supporting marketing communications under BioIVT ownership.
